"Whoa back Dusty" the bullocky directs the nearside middle bullock. Neither the bullocky or offsider assist with the loading as the bullock team must be kept stationary so the dray, and lighter tethered to it, doesn't move.

Bill, the offsider, casts off.

Ralph carefully rows clear of the dray while John provides a second set of eyes.
|

The wool begins the long sea voyage to the UK. For the reenactment the bales were branded with the circled C, the brand of the Castlepoint Station, with the word Castlepoint added purely for benefit of the cameras.

Now to get the stores ashore - the packhorse team are waiting.
|

"Whoa back Miller. Punch come here," Doug turns the bullock team towards the shore.
|

Only ankle deep now.
|

Almost out.
|

Back on the beach again.
|
The station supplies are then loaded onto pack horses for delivery to the Station - presumably destined for a back whare, whereas the keg will be delivered to the pub by the bullock team when their work on the beach is done.

Unloading grass seed and wire for the pack team.

Off to deliver the keg. "Hope the publican shouts us one or two when we get the keg there.
